LEXINGTON, Va. - VMI wide receiver Aaron Sanders has earned one of College Football Performance Awards' (CFPA) weekly Honorable Mention Player of the Week honors, according to information released by the organization Tuesday.
Sanders was one of five wideouts to be recognized with the honorable mention honor across all of FCS after earning SoCon Offensive Player of the Week honors Monday morning. He caught 10 balls for 215 yards Saturday against Davidson, the third-highest single-game recieving yardage output in VMI football history.
